Would You Try "Scrambled Pancakes"?

This is perfect if you love pancakes and not great at cooking . . .

“Scrambled pancakes” are trending on TikTok.  The process is the same, but you don’t have to worry about cooking them exactly right.

You pour the batter in the pan like normal.  Then instead of flipping, you scramble them up like eggs, so you end up with a bunch of tiny pancake pieces.  It almost looks like funnel cake.
