This Tampa Bay dog beach was named one of the best in America

Fort De Soto dog beach (3500 Pinellas Bayway South) just earned a new title! USA Today just named it one of the best dog beaches in AMERICA!

For an entry fee of only $5 to park, this dog beach is expansive and is an special corner of Fort De Soto, the largest park within the Pinellas County Park System.

Dogs are allowed off leash on the beach (as long as they are well trained) and have free reign to run into the water, something hard to find along Florida’s coastlines.

Make some plans to check it out with your pup this weekend!
