There has been a new study into the eating habits of Americans and I’d be curious to see if you match up with these findings!
They are saying the average person SKIPS 3 meals a week and EATS 3 snacks in a day. It also found that we can remember about 57% of what we eat.
They also said that only about 25% of us are aware of the nutritional value of the snacks we eat.
3 snacks a day??? I think I’m averaging more than that! What about you?
