Chocolate prices have more than doubled since the start of the year.  And candy companies are compensating by pushing more fruity and gummy candies for Halloween.  So, your kid’s Halloween bucket might have more of that stuff this year, and a little less chocolate.

Cocoa prices have more than doubled since the start of the year thanks to severe weather and droughts in West Africa.  It’s responsible for about 70% of the world’s cocoa supply.

Candy companies are compensating by shrinking bags and raising prices.  But there’s also talk of them using LESS CHOCOLATE in some products.

Second, this is going to be the best holiday album of the year and it’s not even from a Magic 949 artist....

Jimmy Fallon is about to sprinkle some major star power into the holiday season with his upcoming album, Holiday Seasoning, set to drop on November 1. If you think the days of cheesy Christmas tunes are over, think again! Fallon recently revealed his tracklist in an adorable Instagram video where he “unwraps” the names of his featured collaborators, starting with the Jonas Brothers and even a surprise appearance by Will Ferrell. Seriously, who wouldn’t want to hear what that duo comes up with?

This 16-track LP isn’t just a collection of holiday classics but features all-original songs—because who needs another rendition of “Jingle Bells” when you can have “You’ll Be There” with Justin Timberlake? The camaraderie is palpable, and just the thought of Fallon and Timberlake joking about “bromance” in a festive setting is enough to make any heart grow three sizes. The rocking rhythms promise to make any holiday gathering a little more fun and a lot less boring.

With collaborations that include everyone from Ariana Grande to Dolly Parton, Jimmy’s clearly not holding back. And did we mention that he’s enlisted “Weird Al” Yankovic for a song titled “New Year’s Eve Polka (5-4-3-2-1)”? If that title doesn’t scream party, I don’t know what does! It sounds like we’re in for a wild ride, so buckle up for some seriously hilarious holiday jams.
