#1 - Energize your skin with a coffee mask

Coffee can give your skin a pick me up, too! Use 1 teaspoon of honey, coffee, and natural yogurt and mix it together. Apply the mix to your face and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Wash off and reveal happy, healthy skin!

Hydrating Mask💦 Here’s a super easy & affordable face mask for you all to try at home during this lockdown. I’ll admit I’ve been a little lazy with skin care lately so this gave my skin a much needed boost! I made a little extra than I needed so for one application for this you will need : 1 tsp Natural Yogurt 1 tsp Honey 1 tsp Coffee All of these ingredients are great for keeping acne at bay, acting as anti oxidants for the skin and keeping it clear, keeping it super moisturised & coffee even has anti ageing properties. Do this twice a week and your skin will feel brand new! Mix it up & leave it on for 20 minutes. Don’t forget to take it down to the neck! Oh and make sure you put a towel on before & not half way through like me!😂 To moisturise I used @superdrug Vitamin E Cream & it left my skin feeling amazinggggggg! Category: Beauty Subcategory :Self Care -Turmeric Mask 🧖🏽‍♀️ Turmeric is known for its super antibacterial properties and helps you get clear skin and reduce acne scars. •For acne-prone skin, apply a paste of 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of turmeric on the affected area (optional : 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice). Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with just water (optional : milk) You will appear “yellow” after washing it but you can wash again in the morning. Your skin will appear brighter, with a more visible “GLOW” 💫 Repeat twice a week for quicker results 🔥 Ps: I use @rajahsouthafrica Tumeric Spice & Little Bee Honey #Skincare#SelfCare#Acne#Masks#TumericMask#Skinbrightening#GlowingSkin#Beauty#SkinCareRoutine#SelfCareSunday#BeautySecrets

After 20 minutes wash your face & apply your favourite moisturer! Not only is this mask going to leave your face feeling fresh but it will help clear up your skin & leave it glowing too. Honestly I’m so passionate about natural face masks & I’ve been doing them since I was a teenager & never had problematic skin. Avocado’s are loaded with omega 3, amazing fatty acids & vitamins. So many nutrients that are absorbed by the skin! Research shows it can help with acne too. Honey is an anti oxidant and something I use in nearly all of my masks because it helps keeping your skin moisturised too. It also helps with ageing too💖. Hope you enjoy!!
